When Can I Return The Package?
At Wdolls.com, we stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receipt.
Returnable & Exchangeable Items:
1.Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival
2.Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3.Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 15 days of receiving.
Non-Returnable & Non-exchangable Items:
1. Items outside the 15 days warranty time-frame.
2. If you return part of the items, the payment can not be refunded.
3. If you refused receive the package, you will not get refund
4. Worn, used or altered items can not be returned.
5. The clearance items can not be returned for a refund.
How Can I Return The Package?
Customers should contact us within 15 of delivery of items and email us photos to support the claims if you find the package missing item(s) and costume with the wrong size. We can arrange a new shipment of the missing items for free. Especially for Wrong size costumes, once confirmed the error occurred in our side, we will make a new one free (the 1-2 inches difference will be acceptable and 1-2 inches difference is normal); if this caused by the wrong measurements customer provided, Wdolls are not responsible for this, if the customer wants to order a new one, we can offer the best discount for the new order.
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
1.If your item is returnable (see above), please contact email@example.com, and provide following info:
SKU number or product name
Reason for return
2.Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you our return address.
3.Please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.
Return Shipping Fee:
1. Wdolls will pay the shipping fee for returnable items.
2. Customers need pay the shipping fee for non-returnable items.
Customer can cancel the order before the package is shipped. And customer can not cancel or refund when the package is shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and your money will automatically back to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 days.
